RUSTICA

Rustica was the original house built by our ancestors on Modur Estate. Believed to be over a 100 Years Old, it is a Mud plastered house, made strong by Burnt Bricks and TIME!!!! RUSTICA consists of 2 large 4 Cot Bedrooms with Bathrooms attached, a living cum Dining Room with a Television, a full fledged Kitchen ette with an LPG connection / Refrigerator / Water Filter/ Microwave and basic utensils in the midst of our Coffee Plantation. Has our Coffee Drying Yards, the Plantation itself surrounding Rustica.
Running hot water and basic sanitary are available. We give you Bread, Butter, Eggs,Jam, Coffee Sachets, Milk to prepare your Breakfast.

Please note we do not serve any meals here....as you have an attached kitchen. Our Guests can cook their food or parcel food or eat in town...upto them... Our tariff is Rs 6000/- night to use our Cottage for 2 Couples.
Child below 10 years will be charged Rs 500/- Rustica is just a 5 Minute walk from our Bungalow on the Property.

Our check in is 1pm/ check out time is 11am.
Guests will be required to send us/Transfer an Advance amount being 50% of our Rentals to confirm their stay with us.
